While we do not have a RV any more. I do follow this thread. Good reading.
While not east. Have you considered Northern Michigan. Lots of parks that cater to groups. So much to see and do.

Hello M&G,

Popeye, is there another area that you could still meet us that would not be too far. We don't want to pay $60 to $80 a night and those seem to be the only places that can accommodate us. We really want to come there.

ronjhall, I live in MI and would not mind but we want to meet up with Popeye who lives in ME and cannot leave due to his Momma right now. We will keep checking out ME to see if we can get close to him but may have to look there instead if something does not come up.

Lot's of good people here on this thread. We also follow "Good Morning" and "Total Rebuild". Some good stuff there too. Join in the conversations even if you don't have a rig anymore.

Let me know Popeye if there is another area I can look that is close enough to you. I will keep looking too. Lynne

I follow "Good Morning" and a few other threads here on iRV2. Plus several other internet forums. Hope you can find a good park for you next M&G.

Hello M&G,

Yes, the next M&G is planned from August 11 to August 25th. Posted on page # 108 post #1499.

I am going to look into the new CG's that Popeye posted (thank you Popeye) and see what I can find. Will post results when I have them.

Stay tuned! Lynne

We are wanting to go south quite badly. 36 here today but its a dry cold!!! NOT. It has been miserable for the last couple weeks, which is why we want to go, so the humidity is high. Was 105 in Yuma the other day. Be a bit warm for our northern blood. I could get used to it though.

If you find something you think will work Terry I suggest you grab it when you are there. We are good with your decision.

Hi Gordon, I think I would like to try that dry heat down there! I'm hoping we find a campground before we head up, but most of them close Columbus day, so kinda under the gun, so tp speak. I think they fill up fast also
