Hi!

Confused, Cindy gave us 47. Not sure what is wrong. Do I need to call her back.

Also, Lynne, we will arrive on the 18th, leave on the 29th.

Good Morning Meet and Greet

I bet Tim sent the form, but it was lost, like Lloyd’s was... I hope Tim don’t mind #44. Frankly, it does not look bad at all;

In fact, Site #44 backs up to Site #46 and #47.

If Gordon has not called and confirmed his site, he may want to do that sooner than later.... Just saying...

Yes we are suppose to have a reservation for #47 For the 18th thru the 29th of August 2018 made last week. I sent a email to Beaver Creek that we would be unavailable till tomorrow Wednesday. We will make payment then, unless they didn't hold that site and if that is the case we will just cancel.

Strange we got a call from Lloyds wife tonight asking if we canceled Yuma, A no we didn't , just called Yuma and stated we are going to be late because of medical issues for both Joe and I. We were told no problem they'll see us when we get there.
I thought that type of info was confidential.???
Somewhere we have a

Good Morning All, JMO all the confusion started when the campground gave out site 49 to Charles, I'm not sure but I don't think Charles needs a long pull thru and could use a back in site, if Charles was willing to move to a back in it would solve all the confusion.

Tim, thinking your reservation at Beaver Lake went the same route as mine. When you sent the form, did you recieve a copy back immediatly in your inbasket? Found out that was supposed to happen after the fact. I never recvd that confirm. They stated they never got the request. We thought we had 49, but of course our reservation request was not recvd so it was not held.

I do have a confirm now, for site 47. I will move if needed.

Tim appologize for calling Joe last night. We heard you were not in Yuma or on your way, and Debbie wanted to check on Joe. Just wanted to make sure you are both okay and doing well.

Tim, it appears that they are not getting to the emailed forms as quickly as when someone calls...

If you decide that Site #44 is Ok for you, it may be advisable to send the form, and call directly to finalize the reservations. That appears to work best.

Lots of confusion going on.

We have had some communication breakdown and a bit of sleuthing and persistence should sort it all out.

Talked to Joe this morning and it gets confusing as he thinks they had a confirmed reservation. Reading Tim's post it appears his reservation went the way of Lloyd's (lost in ether space). Needless to say I think if everyone keeps calm it will and can all be sorted out.

Possibly 75 would be good for him.

Hello M&G,

Tim, would you look at #44 please. It is next to Jerry and I but it also pulls right into #46 so pulling straight out should not be an issue. Would love to be right next to you guys, would make visiting so much easier and if I am going to show Joe how to make the meat balls, this would be very convenient. Sure would miss you if you decide not to come.

Not sure what happened but I am going to e-mail Cindy tonight and confirm spots so far. We should still have #44, #75, #83 available and I added #37 and #83. There are sites left and it you go into the camp pictures you can see these are nice sites.

Technology is not always very good and it apparently was not in this case.

I will get back with you tomorrow night as I am working 12 hrs again tomorrow.

Lynne

Hello M&G,

Just sent an E-mail to Cindy asking her to confirm the sites and people in them and dates. Gordon, I don't have your dates. I also told her there was apparently a problem with their reservation request since several of you sent them in and they did not receive them and this has caused some issues.

I will check tomorrow night and report what I find out. Lynne

Hello M&G,

I need to apologize to Tim. I should NOT have asked if you could move before I called and asked where you two were at. I had not realized that you needed a pull-through. That is my fault since I planned on a back in for you. I will correct this for next time.

Now knowing what is going on, I understand why you need a pull-through. That being said, we will work around and get everyone in.

The CG has had some difficulty with their site I imagine. I will get back to you tomorrow night when I get home and hopefully have an answer from Cindy.

The good thing is that none of these sites is too far away from the others. Just really wanted to be close to Tim & Joe. We will work this out. Lynne
