RonJ, the walk looks very good! A lot of work goes into a brick walkway!
But they will last for a very long time! Great job!

Poured first cup of coffee. 57° with clear skies this morning. Heading to 82° with thunderstorms in afternoon. Got Lilly garden cleaned up and helped neighbor plant a couple of pine trees. Spent a lot of time with a cool drink on back porch enjoying the warm weather. May do the same today.
Yesterdays sunrise.
Rail, thanks for the comments. Wish the grass would start growing.
Everyone stay well and safe.
Good Morning All.

Good morning all!
Raining here,,,,,, also got some last evening.
So, Deb is in the hospital. After her scheduled colonoscopy screening Wednesday she has been unable to keep food down. Came to the ER last night after trying a few meds the doctors called in,,,,, and the test showed she has a Hiatal Hernia. They checked her in last night, and have a series of tests scheduled for today. Initial feelings is that it is a very "extended" hernia and will probably require surgery. Endoscopy is next so they can see it up close. Deb is on pain meds, currently feeling pretty good.
Currently if they decide surgery is required, they expect it would be Monday.
Got to run!!!
Have a great day all!

Good morning!! 72, headed to 84, a perfect day.
Going to get the sprayer out and kill creeping charle. An insidious plant.
Lloyd, sorry to read about Deb. Tell her to get well soon for me.
Frank, you need a pit crew to follow you around.
Ronj, good looking walk, better than I ever did.
Keep the shiny side up.

Good Morning;
Prayers for Debbie. Hope they do not need to do surgery and are able to control it with diet and minimal medication.
Managed to replace the RO spigot (old one was leaking) in the kitchen as well as replace the RO filters and membrane while the system was off line. Hats off to plumbers as there were several times I felt like Gumby with all of the contortions and should have been an octopus!
Notice the asparagus is starting to peek out. Trees are budding and I have transplanted all of the bedding plants I started into bigger pots. Will be starting to move them out during the day to harden them prior to planting.
Orrin - it is never too hat for golf. Well almost never. At the moment we are selecting out golf days using the weather predictions. Next game is Monday.
Took the coach in for a recall on the engine. While there I asked them to check out the front end because we are getting a bit of unexpected wear. 450 for a wheel alignment.
Have a great day.
May the best of your today be the worst of your tomorrow.

Prayers for Debbie and you Lloyd. Hope all goes well.
Frank, sounds like you and Rita are having a good time at camp. So cool to be first in camp.
Gordon, saw a tip on TV this morning to use ice cream cones to put your seeds in. When it is time to plant just plant seedling and cone cup together. Cone cups are biodegradable.

Good Morning
Prayers for Deb and Loyd. Keep us posted. Glad she is getting pain RX and is comfortable. Strange day DH is sick with flu symptoms. Went to check up on Mr. Chase that was outside. The backyard had six other cats. He was just sitting there. I think he knew he was out numbered. Turned on the evening news. Had an active shooter in a super market. This happened in Buffalo, NY. Ten dead and three injured. The shooter is in jail. A hate crime for sure.
Prayers for all the families. Another large supermarket closed for the day to show support. Called social security feeling hopeful that they will reinstate her monthly check. Sending out forms for me to fill out. I will be asking another person to look over her case/file. This is an appeal. Take care, Ann

No coffee this morning. 53° with some fog this morning. Heading to 83° with sun and a chance of rain in afternoon. Got .25" of badly needed rain yesterday. Did not get much time on back porch as planned yesterday. Neighbor found a old military generator on FB Marketplace. Went with him to pick it up. Got it home. Would not start. Found a valve was stuck. Fixed that. Put gas in tank. It started up. Seller claimed it belonged to his grand father. It had not been run in over 30 years.
I am off to get my annual MRI. So I am fasting and prepping for that this morning. No other plans for the day.
Frogs are all over my garden pond. But cannot get more than a couple in a picture at one time.
Llyod, special prayers for Deb and you. Hope surgery is not needed.
Prayers and best wishes for everyone.
Good Morning All.

Good morning!!! 65, headed to 73 with some clouds. Last rains missed us almost entirely. All we got was a sprinkle.
Kids coming over to celebrate a belayed Mother's Day.
I did not get to the spraying the creeping charlie yesterday. Linda got me into putting up a new mailbox. Linda changed the size of the mailbox, so I had to make a whole new base plate. Well, that had to be painted, then you may as well scrape, sand, and paint the post as well. Took all day. I will spray today.
Lloyd, again thinking about Deb. I know the doctors and nurses will take very good care of her.
Ronj, I hope all of your birds don't eat all your frogs.
Keep the shiny side up.
