Hub caps reinstall help needed

So had to get a new tire installed recently and the tire place spent 45 mins to try and get my hub cap back on and failed. I’ve since spent a few hours and am totally stumped!

Does anyone have any links or advice on how to get these back on the wheel?

Thanks in advance!

Are the hubcaps still in place on the other side? You could have the tire geniuses that removed them on the one side try to figure out how they mount by CAREFULLY removing them from the intact side.

your going to have to take the lug's off again to put on the hub's . The cap's go on first then the retainer ring and the the lug's tighten them down then the center cap is put on..
