Les Schwab doesn't make batteries, they rebrand and market someone else's.
Good chance they are hybrid, start / deep cycle, batteries, not the better designed actual deep cycle type.
You will still get good service out of them, if treated well. Don't run them dead, don't store them at less then 100% charged and don't overcharge them.
As far as the charger, have you cycled it off and on again, to see if it gets to 100% ?
Some sophisticated chargers look at voltage and amp input to calculate the absorb time. With 4 batteries ( 400 AH ? ), the calculated absorb time may be running out before the other numbers are reached.
