That seems quite reasonable speaking for myself, i do not see local governing bodies allowing petrol to fall when a tax can take its place and the EU just like the US does need the cash flow right now.

I'm quite sure it will work out quite well, with that being said the timing curves and injection rates will need a change. LPG burn rate is slower than petrol and the density/charge of propane is a bit less also..simply said the injectors will need to be reprogrammed to give it more energy..It could be very simple or very complicated, do you have such tuning/reprogramming capabilities over there?

All modern LPG-systems with an on-board ECU. Mine from Landi-Renzo. First testing experience: Running more smoothly then with gasoline. Bit of a surprise. The producers specs attached. Let´s see how low the surplus consumption. As I´ve heard everything between 10-20%. Due to the multi-point injection.

It should have hardened seats, milage is not going to increase, or at least last i remember. My dad was looking into it in the 70s. Milage stayed about the same, weight went up. The tank holds less fuel and grose weigh went up. Check in to those factors to make sure its worh the effort. I like my 75 gallon tank on my southwind. I can pick where and how much i spend. If i had a 20 gallon tank not so much.

LPG installations switching automatically between lpg and gas. And yes, the tank much to small. Legal restrictions I had to comply with. My major driver is the pricing difference. Since the beginning of this year, we are close to 7$ per gallon here in Germany. Other countries in Europe much higher. With lpg you cut your bill in half. RoI less then 10000 miles.
