Meet "Gypsy" my 1982 Pace Arrow

I purchased this 1982 Pace Arrow 31' Motorhome with 78,000 miles, about 3 weeks ago. I bought it running & drivable for $1500.

I have already had the transmission fully rebuilt, & the engine tuned up. $1200 for both.

I am in the process of remodeling her, I have her almost completely gutted at this point, finding bad water leak damage so she's gonna need a whole new roof & decking I'm afraid. Oh well, It will be right when it is done. Luckily I live in the smack dab center of the RV industry so parts & services are everywhere.

My hope is to spend a few years rebuilding her & then travel full-time with early retirement.

I welcome any comments or suggestions or any helpful advice.

I love my 83 Itasca, You will enjoy yours when completed.....

Discovered a returning roof leak last week and will repair it in a few weeks.
