The question is "worry" and the direct answer to that is no. If one wants to run torque curves vs RPM vs fuel consumption then you can go down that rabbit hole, with the result being changing very expensive parts could net you some incremental benefit. It's not like anything bad will happen as long as you keep it under redline (4500? 5K?) and I would offer the difference between running say 3K RPM vs 2800 or 2600 means no practical difference in service life. Odds are excellent this thing will go to the crusher long before you wear out rings and crank bearings. If it makes you feel better, change the oil a little more often and run the p1ss out of it - there's no prize for least revolutions turned when the thing is junked.
