Need an ECU for a 95 Vogue

I need an ecu for a 95 vogue. Allison 3060 transmission cummins 8.3 300 hp diesel. After 2 weeks of cleaning connections, checking harnesses changing speed sensors, ignition switch I found the ecu is bad. Does anyone know where I can get a rebuilt or used one. They're over $3000 new. Thanks.

What kind of problems are you having with the transmission. More details would help. The touchpads on them can be a issue. Allison should be able to test your ECU. Have you tried that.
Also what's the number on the ECU that would help locating a replacement if that's whats needed.
