Need motor work in Charleston, South Carolina

I have a 1996 Gulfstream Sunstream with a 460ci Ford motor. I have two issues that I need help with: 1) it sounds like I’m only running on 7 cylinders so I’d like to get it tuned up. 2) as is common with these motors I have a couple header bolts broken off on the passenger side.

Help with either, or both, of these would be greatly appreciated. If you know of anyone around here that does this kind of work please let me know.
