New 1988 Fleetwood Tioga owner
My wife and I recently purchased a 1988 Tioga, as a first try at RV'ing, and have had it out successfully on several occasions. While there are no 'major' problems, there are some parts (the light/handle next to the door need a lens, other light covers etc.) that need to be replaced. Is there a place, web site etc. that these kinds of things can be found or am I dreaming on a unit so old?

Welcome to irv2. I've moved your thread here to get a broader view of your question.

Welcome to the group! As the owner of a 87 class A parts a very interchangeable between years/makes. You may want to say "Hi" to the vintage group here as well. Last summer I found a new set of tail lights for my rig. The lenses were first made in 1976 so for at least 10 plus years they were made. You will need to get numbers off the old lens.

Thanks, I guess that this is two 'firsts' for me. This is the first time that I've tried to use a forum like this and, yes, hello to everyone in the vintage group. It is also the first time that we've tried RV'ing and I must say that it has been great, even in the NC winter. (We've been especially careful not to freeze the water system and so far, so good.) We purchased the Tioga and, at the time, the lens of the door light/handle was missing so I don't know the part number. I will try looking through the material that came with the unit to see if it lists a part number. Thanks again

If you can post pictures of your rig and of the missing lenses. Some were in this web site is a Winnebago parts catalog were you may spot your missing lens. Are you missing a lucite clear handle about 12" long-slight s shape to it?

1988 Fleetwood Tioga need for trim parts.
Thanks for the post. I've attached a picture of the light/handle that I'm trying to find. On the other side, the small door to the electric supply area also is broken and it would be good if I can find one of those. I'm in the process of making a new one but it would be ever so much easier to replace it. Thanks

Vintage RV Parts for 1988 Fleetwood Tioga
Thank everyone, problem solved and parts ordered. I think this is a learning experience for me on several things. 1. I was using Tioga, Fleetwood etc. in my search and, for these parts, they may not be tied to a certain make. 2) I didn't know the proper name for the part (assist light). 3. I should have used 'Bargman' in my search. I thought that the only information that I was missing initially was that the unit was 'vintage' when I personally think that 1988 is fairly new.)

I don't know if you replaced the lens cover for your rig, I also have a 1988 Fleetwood Jamboree with the same light. I just replaced recently, cost me a few dollars. I was able to get replacement part at a local place here, DJ'S RV, the phone number is 1-520-378-6945. Hope this info helps.

Just keep reading the forum posts! I started out with A 1993 Pace Arrow Diesel Pusher! Half the fun was keeping her up & running! Love that Rig. Going to be hard to hand over the keys!
Welcome, kick back & stay awhile!
