Old Coach

Hi:

I know the last reply to this was a while ago, but I thought I'd chime in. I don't believe the STUDIO 1 marking refers to the brand of coach. That, and the style of lettering, along with the "Private Coach" designation on the door, leads me to believe this may have been owned by what is now EastWest Studios in Hollywood and their Studio 1 brand and used as a VIP coach.

It would have been used for recording artists and/or support crew. That is, though, just a guess. Mostly, the "Private Coach" labeling on the door is what makes me think it may be something like that. If the coach was filmed for a project, the crew may have also "scrubbed" any brand names from it, which is common in the entertainment industry.
