Onan 4.0 RV GenSet

Help needed please!
Is it possible that my GenSet is causing my electrical
Panel to overheat some what!
It’s pushing 70 HZ and it should be 60 HZ
How do I get the readings down to 60HZ
If I lower the rpms it surges or pulses !

The RPMS should be controlled by the governor. If your using the idle screw to hold the RPMs, that a problem.

At 70HZ, what kind of voltage are you reading.

If the engine is surging, the carburator probably need cleaning.
