FYI: I came across an interesting web site. I found it to be a very useful resource and thought that I would share as many of you have assisted me in the past with my dumb questions..
In another post I was posting questions about my genset.. I searched and searched until I came across a website similar to this but for engines and generators..
I posted the link to my pictures and within 1 hour someone was able to fiqure out exactly what genset I have..my gen doesn't have a name plate.
as it turns out, My gen was replaced with a commercial generator.. rather than the BGE series, I have the BDG series..
anyway, anyone looking for gen manuals, specs or anything to do with generators I suggest looking here....
Generators & Motors General Discussion - SmokStak
they have forums for Onan, Kohler, Welding gens, Military gens and antique gens.. they have user manuals, service manuals and install manuals and manual indexing to tell you what manual you would need based on model and revision..
Highly recommended for genset questions..
regards..
