Repairing Hydroflame furnace FA-7615

I'm looking for a piece of combustion hose and some gasket material for a HydroFlame FA-7615.

Furnance currently doesn't put out any heat, was pulled from a 88 Okanagan camper van

The combustion hose is 1.25" x 12" made from some sort of fiber material with a wire coil inside. The coil is rusted and one end of the hose became torn and damaged while removing.

The gasket material appears to be foil backed white asbestos type insulation used in high temperature applications such as furnaces. Is used for the burner and igniter. Near the center of the pic shows the combustion hose, igniter, burner and white foil backed gasket that became damaged while dismantling.

Check out some 'vacuum hose' at hardware stores

Gasket material......not shown and part number doesn't bring up anything

But you can get furnace gasket material and cut to fit

That gasket material looks like it should work.

I'm not certain about using a vacuum hose as the hose is a combustion hose where there is high temperatures appears to be between the burner and blower.

Apparently the hose has heat resistance as it used under higher temperatures than a vacuum cleaner would produce. I'm not certain of the ratings for a FA-7615 Hydroflame.. It appears the hose feeds the blower hot air from the lpg burner? I have yet to setup the furnace to determine how it operates exactly. When tested installed it didn't put out any heat. So I need to first diagnose why it's not putting out any heat.

I also found this gasket sheet material that used to under high heat conditions such as found with pellet and wood stoves.

https://www.amazon.com/Universal-Pel...ywords=Lytherm

I need first need to reassemble and connect the furnace to regulated gas and 12 Volts so to test it outside the RV.

The service manual http://bryantrv.com/docs2/docs/FA7200.pdf

There is a section in the service manuals diagnostics

"Blower runs but burner does not light"

What I've observed so far is the blower comes but the burner doesn't light.

When this happens, the service manual list 14 things to check and test for the 7600 series.

The manual also has wiring diagrams and other information to help diagnose and troubleshoot.

So after some further testing and figuring in more detail it's operations, hopefully I'll be able to narrow down the problem of no heat output.

I check with one furnace co. and they didn't have anything, were more into service than selling parts.

Also e-mailed another and never heard back from them.

Possibly a company that specializes more in wood and gas stoves may have something.

If unable to find some sort of hose that's able to withstand higher temperatures, I'll just use the same combustion hose and try to find some sort of heat resistant tape to repair it.

Home depot has some hvac foil tape used with heating ducts that's rated up to 212 deg. F. However I'm uncertain at what temperatures the combustion hose is rated, since the hose is connected from burner to the blower. What I'll do is reassemble, then diagnose and repair the problem of no heat output. Once the furnace is putting out heat I'll use a laser thermometer to measure temperatures near where the combustion hose connects.

I did order and receive some of

Mr. Gasket 9615MRG Compressed Gasket Material Sheet

I found some alum. type Hvac tape that rated for up to 300 deg. F.

https://www.amazon.com/3M-Silver-Foi...re-bullets-btf

However I also found what's described as

PTFE Coated Fiberglass High Temperature Tape with Silicone Adhesive Cloth, Release Surface on Heat sealer

That maintains high temperature resistance to 500F.
