Replacing washer reservoir on 99 Holiday Rambler

I had installed a new windshield washer reservoir on my 99 Holiday Rambler . I got it all bolted in and connected but when I start it and push the windshield washer button nothing happens. The old tank wouldn't hold barely any fluid but it would spray.

Check to make sure you're getting power to the pump with a test light...

I have one of those electric testers but I don't know how to actually use the thing.

Clip the alligator clip to the battery negative, then with the sharp end, the probe, touch the battery positive post and the light in the handle will light up .....shows you that the tester works, then stick the probe into the wire look connector going to the pump, push the pump switch and see if the light lights up....might have to try all wires in that wire loom at the connector......you want power there when pushing the switch
