Restoring 1985 Winnebago Chieftain

I am looking for a restored ignition switch.
When. I bought this, it didn't have one, it fits in the steering column.
Or any suggestions of a switch that would work.

Unless you have a diesel, the chassis manufacturer, Ford or Shove-it-or-leave-it-lay will have made the steering column and a cylinder from the 80's would be what you require. Auto Parts Store will be your best place to check unless you like paying dealer prices.

Dale,

Are you looking for the ignition lock cylinder (where the key goes) or the actual switch that works all the electrics?

For all GM of that period, the cylinder is real available at store front parts stores and you can probably borrow the tools to remove the steering wheel to install it.
The switch is down the column and easy to deal with.

For Fords of that time, I am coming up blank. I know I worked on them and the lock was in the column but I am lost in the fog of decades.
