Again.. Instaed of having an arbitrary 10 year rule, a simple "We reserve the right to refuse..." statement is all that is needed. In fact, having a '10 year' rule and then ALLOWING units over 10 years old is asking for a lawsuit....
Hmm... sounds like a nice retirement plan...

When I had my 1993 Fleetwood Flair, When asked the age ,I always said it was 9 years old and NEVER was questioned
