RVA jacks/model II leveling system

first time in all these years one jack is losing set height/ pressure.
Safari Trek has three jacks and one loses it's set height
No apparent leaks anywhere but...
My small instruction paperwork isn't thorough enough to attempt refilling without some more information.
Suggestions and experience with these is welcome.

Red face Never heard of them before this

Without more info of your system, checking the RVA site seems to have a bit of information. Had you checked it?

With the jacks up have you checked the oil level? The fill is almost always the breather. If you're lucky it will have a dipstick, if not 1-2" from the top should be good. If a cylinder is leaking down and there's no sign of a leak it's probably the solenoid operated valve for that cylinder. Those are on top of the motor/pump/reservoir.

Most likely you have a bit of debris caught in the solenoid valve associated with which ever jack is sinking. These can be disassembled and repaired, someone posted a step by step set of photos either on here or over at the Trek Tracks message board a few years ago, sorry I don't remember which.

I have an RVA II system.

If one jack is not holding it may be the solenoid valve leaking a little. You can try unscrewing the emergency release "T" handle and then tighten it back down to see if the fixes it.

In my manual there is some information on this system. If you don't have a manual you can go here and download similar level coach model year and it may have the info you need. Moncao used the same components on the various brands.
