speedometer cable
Ok so yesterday was working on coach all day trying to fix a lot of little thing before wrapping it up for the winter so the list isn't as long when spring comes around. I replace my speedometer a while back and it field at a 170 miles. So I purchased a new inner cable kit figuring that was the issue wrong. So I have to replace the speedometer extension cable which is about 18" long you can see where it busted out of the sleve. Here the problem when I goggle it the end's are not the same. Anyone have any idea where I can purchase one? here are a few photo's

Not familiar with you rig but at 29 years old--parts availability is a real problem for a lot of things, including RVs......good luck

In the test labs, we frequently needed speedo cables that were non-stock. I had a supplier that could make them from just my description over the phone (and a PO number).
I bet if do Bing or DuckDuckGo search you can find one. Without knowing where you are, I can't help at all.
Looking at the picture, the shop may suggest that you buy three pieces. That turn is really very sharp for a speedo cable, but there are right angle drives that would be happy in that job.

At least yours worked, LOL. From minute one of driving mine away from purchase, I haven't known how fast I was going, how much fuel I had or what the true mileage is or isn't.
The other half or more of those types of dash clusters are fine oddly enough.

the speedo didn't work when I purchased the coach. I found where the cable attaches to the speedometer the weight of the cable broke the speedo so I replaced it. I purchased a new one put 170 miles on it and found the cable let go. I just found one on ebay for a 1970 torino so I purchased , One more thing off the list

Hello frank, I was able to find the cable yesterday I am searching the web now for the right angle adapter that you spoke of ,Which is a great idea that bend is very sharp that's probably the reason the original speedometer broke . I am a little confused on them ,I found one I think might work it's for a corvette though would that make a difference a chevy product going into a ford? There is also a adapter but it's reverse rotation any idea if this will work? How will I find out the direction the cable going ?

It does have to rotate in the correct direction. The angle adapters just make the turn, they do not change the core rotation direction. If it will attach to the ends it will work. All mechanical speedometers use 1000RPM@60MPH as a calibration.
You might call speedometer cable-custom built speedometer cables, that is what they do and they can probably help.
