Superior Coach 2200

Hey there thanks for having me,
My name's Lenny and I'm a proud owner of a Superior Coach 2200 that I have converted into a wood-fired pizza truck.
I bought the truck off a guy who used to drive big rigs and was a self proclaimed gear head. He told me he worked on the truck himself, and me not really realizing what that might have meant down the road, didn't think twice and fell in love with the truck. Long story short, this beautiful truck is a complete Frankenstein, you wouldn't believe what I've been dealing with, the shifter cable I had to replace? came off an out boat. A BOAT. Can you believe that? The guy had his hands in absolutely EVERYTHING. To top it off, the VIN isn't even the original one, a mechanic told me the serial number was an old part number, so I don't even know the real year on this baby. I was told a 71' but it's all a mystery to me. The only info I have is off the little plate inside the front grill.
I've been searching for answers for a while and am really excited I found you guys! Any chance can you demystify this cool machine to me? I don't even know how to order parts... Still, it makes one hell of a pizza.

Apparently Superior was out of Ohio and built motorhomes from about 1970 to 1979. Not sure if they were related to (or part of) the Superior company that built ambulances and hearses though. Looks like Dodge or Chrysler powered so may have used Dodge truck chassis parts. Get a photo up so we can see this beauty...
