Taurus in Trouble

I bought my first camper. A Terry Taurus. I don't know the first thing about campers.
It is missing the gray water tank. Propene line cut at the front of the camper. Nothing in the bathroom works. I can't figure out where the hot water heater is.
I know, I really got took for a ride. But I want to restore it.
No manual in the trailer.
Please. No condemnation. Just please give me some advice

Do a lot of research on individual systems and learn what they look like and where they are generally located. Different brands are not really that much different in operation and appearance.

Manuals will be found for components not the trailer itself.

Before spending anymore money do a thorough inspection of everything and check for water damage, frame damage, and roof damage. If any of those three are damaged the repair gets a lot more complex and expensive.

If you find something that is a gamechanger be prepared to cut your losses.

Look at this video to see if it helps you figure out where things are on yours. It's for a Terry Taurus, hopefully it's similar enough to yours that it can help.

The water heater will have a vent/cover on the outside wall. It should be the type of cover you can remove or unlatch and drop down. You should also have a cover for the propane furnace.

When you say "nothing in the bathroom works" do you mean no electrical power, or no water, or no toilet? They are the three separate systems that should be there.

You said the "the propane line cut". Is it actually cut, or has the regulator and rubber hose just been unscrewed? If the propane line is cut, I would want to have a qualified technician check the system for leaks before reconnecting the pipe.

I had a 75 Taurus 23'. There was no plastic water tank, the water system was a galvanized tank under the front dinette seat on the drivers side. This tank was pressurized by a a small air compressor at the rear of the same dinette seat with an ordinary house hold light switch controlling the air compressor mounted to the front of the kitchen lower cabinets. There was no gray water tank, everything drained into the black tank. My bathroom ran across the back of the trailer with the bath tub on the drivers side.

I wouldn't say you got taken. I sold my Taurus about 8 years ago and it had served my for quite a few years (was bought used). It didn't have an on board grey water tank so I used a catch bucket and used it to flush the toilet (thus saving fresh water). Later, I picked up a portable grey water holding tank. My fresh water pump operated by switch above the kitchen counter (for both sinks & toilet). You should have fuse panel somewhere inside for your DC power.
