Well here's before and after pics of the one car attached garage being remodeled into a south facing 12X28ft room. This is the first area that you walk into from the front door, the floor was raised 2ft to match the rest of the interior floors, will have a vaulted ceiling with shiplap and now we're debating on knotty pine to match on the walls. Very nice.

That would look good with an airtight stove and some big lounge type chairs.

Gordon, that was the original plan, LOL but it's been nixed. Next year when we do the covered deck it'll be out there.

Hi Lloyd, where we have always stored our rv's is up for sale, property around here has been selling like hotcakes so we don't want to put our mh in there and have the place sell in the middle of winter, it's a huge riding arena and figured whoever bought it would want to use it right away. We're keeping it here and getting a cover, hopefully it'll be okay as I don't have alot of confidence in them lasting the winter.

Morning Terry!

Ah, gotcha. I heard properties are selling quickly driven by the mass exodus from down state? In my view if they are going through the trouble of moving, might as well get further away!

I think a good cover will last. Don't need to tell you but you have to watch the snow load.
