Aluminum sheeting

Hey Harley…I was looking through some of the early posts in this thread and I saw that you had used 0.032 aluminum thickness for your toy hauler build. I’m getting ready to get the aluminum for my build and was wondering if you thought the 0.032 was good or if you had to do it over again, would you use something a little heavier like 0.040.

Hi Bob, actually it's holding up very well, I think I would use it still, and have in a couple of cases on smaller projects.

One day I stopped at Autozone found close out on two 5gal pails Delo 15-40w for equiv. 1.25 qt. But that's only one oil change on cummins M-11.

Gotta catch the deals when we can, LOL Lonesome, too bad on the mh, I remember a time that 440 would bring lots of money, not sure on the demands now.

16! Jeeeeeeeeeze Terry already ?
I'm looking at 30s for highs and 20s lows starting tomorrow night.
(So it's WAY better here)
Mom's doing pretty good so I think you're gonna beat me out to the desert.

I finished my upside down bike rack on the ceiling yesterday.
Working on the first project again,,,,the insulated fridge enclosure. (This was what got the back wall open and finding all the ,,,,,well , NOT finding any wood or insulation in the wall There's plenty there now !!!!)

Redoing the power center at the same time as it's kinda attached to the fridge box.
The roof,,,,,,,,,,,,,,just got another area covered with a spare quart of pro flex. AND YES it did sleet on me in the middle of it so it took 2 days ....(I still have one JIC well ya know , for things like ice cleat storms )

Popeye, sounds like you've got things progressing in the remodeling area, I'm sure it'll be warmer. Glad mom is doing well, sure don't want to have anything happen for sure! Would be a fun time traveling to the land of the sun together, LOL

Good idea to get the insulated pants and long johns out. They started playing Christmas songs on the radio yesterday.

I might be unusual but I don't like Christmas music at all, LOL. The radio station I always listen to starts playing it the first of November! Only time I listen to music is in my truck, drowns out the background noise in my ears, funny how it only bothers me in a vehicle.

I might be able to send my heaters from the show crew over if you don't get the plow on in time.
