Popeye, Eleanor isn't retiring until the end of Nov. So we might not leave until the first of the year, more than likely we'll see snow, LOL

Gordon, Eleanor is only working two days a week and cardio rehab three days, should be done in early Aug, we're planning on getting out of here after the Christmas holiday.

Arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh That'd be a bit late but it is what it is...

I stayed for turkey day one year ,,, now plan for before Oct 15th.
I always go through Scranton so kinda your weather...never had trouble through Roanoke..

I did leave just after the winter holidays once too , ended up driving in a blizzard for ~ the first 500 miles and never saw the end of the white till well inside TEXAS ! (Winter of '80-81)

Just pick your "window" and wash it all including the chassis when you get clear of the "salt lands".

Hi Eleanor cross off those days .
Almost there !

Popeye, I used to run semi all winter to Moorhead, Kentucky and Barnwell, South Carolina, my RV is my 4X4 dually which I drive here all winter so if we leave late it doesn't bother me to drive in snow, LOL
