Just saw a bulletin from the Mt.Washington crew.
Wind chills were recorded at -108*f . A new record low for the observatory.

Boy sure wish I could live up THERE !

I have a pic of the last trip. In october 2010 with the Storyland crew . I was the only one out on the weather deck.
I knew what to expect and had expedition gear with me .

You'd think that a simple closet would be easy, but noooo, I start looking and thinking if I build a drawer on the bottom I would utilize more area and be easier to access, then I would have space above the drawer, 9 inches to be exact, for something ..........

A drawer shouldn't slow you down too much Terry
(there's so much space in there )

Bigger than my closet !.....

30 degrees and N wind 25kt /40kt gusts . the C B 36
My wind chimes are clanking away,,,,they're hanging up inside above my sink ! I can't swing around into it either , hittin' me square broadside on my port.

The Stellar Sea Eagle is back in town out on the Kennebec again..

Popeye, a drawer means another trip to Home Depot for slides, bottom or side, full extension or not, decisions decisions. Bill, glad it's warmer where you are for sure!

Just go for it.
Full extension side mount soft close ,unless you're going to load it down with Eleanor's secret rock collection.

Dave, that looks like a serious piece of equipment! Some random pictures of what we're doing today, should be able to go tomorrow to get drawer slides so I can complete the closet, I restored the little medicine cabinet out of an old rv trailer, installed that, and started on the rear storage shelving, those baskets are made out of bamboo, (from Wally world)Click image for larger version
