Vogue Stone Bennett shifter question

Hey everyone,

I have a question - How can I tell the voltage of my stone bennett shifter (12 or 24) on my 1993 Vogue Prima Vista?

The valves open with 12 volts, but there is no movement of the actuator.

Do you know were the will the model number be printed? All I have is a serial number off of the shifter unit that mounts to the transmission.
