What age RV to be called "Vintage"?
I perused the vintage RV forum and was wondering at what age is an Rv considered "vintage"? Ours is an 04, build date 12/03.

My opinion, anything before 1990, if going by the car world is any significance.

Some say 20 years and some say 25 years for an RV. The automotive world is diffferent.

My vote is for 20+ for an RV to be considered " Vintage "
Both the chassis and coach manufacturer have started calling parts " Obsolete " does that make it vintage ???

We used to have a local "Vintage" motorcycle show once a year and the cutoff was 25 years. But really, there, like here, no one was actually particular about it.

What is VINTAGE for iRV2?
Per the definition of the Vintage section on our forum: RV's 20 years old or older

We consider anything 20 or more years old to be vintage in the RV world. Ours is a 1996. Modern enough to be nice, old enough to be built solid.

tincantourists.com says:
** Our club defines vintage very specifically as Trailers/Motor-homes built from 1946-1969 are to be considered “VINTAGE”**.
This would be closer to the automobile classic or antique years.
My '97 5er is just a old trailer but still works and looks as good as new.

IMHO 25-30 years old for anything to be considered "vintage"

My ‘02 DP is a classic, my 69 Mustang is vintage, I’m 62, does that make me an antique? DW thinks I’m a relic.
