As corroded as it appears. Disassembly and cleaning may be a good idea. . It appears from corrosion it may have been hot at sometime.

Taking it apart to clean it will require replacing it because you will twist off the studs with that much rust on them. If you're not having trouble I would leave them alone. If you do replace it there should be an amperage rating on the side of it. Be sure to replace with the same.

Un-screw the mounts. Look on the sides for a value. Most auto parts stores will have them. Clean those connectors up when you get them off. Some PB blaster dribbled on the threads while you get a new one should help. I bet that is 40 amps based on the wiring size.

Fleetwood did use some resettable circuit breakers of that design. If so, there will be a small button on one end.
