What kind of siding is on my 1983 Coachmen Class C?

I'm looking in to painting the beast but I am not positive what the siding is made out of. I know it's not metal, so I'm guessing either fiberglass or vinyl?

Second, what is the best cheapest way to go about painting it? I can't pay to have it done at a shop and so want to do it myself. I'm not looking for a professional job either, just something to brighten it up and maybe add some of my home town football team colors to it for tailgating.
