The best way to match your existing color, if it is possible at all, is to bring a piece of it to the store and ask for help from the design department. A small cabinet door or drawer should do nicely. Lowe's website lists a handful of solid blue laminate products, and I'm sure you will find others at Home Depot, etc. I have an ongoing relationship with a professional kitchen designer who has access to hundreds of suppliers that sell only to the trades, not to retail customers. I'm sure you can find a similar resource nearby.

WilsonArt has a fanbook of dozens of formica samples; ask at the kitchen design dept of your local big box store. Take a sample of your old stuff with you.

Somettimes an exact match is hard to find. Especially if it is old.Almost looks like a mistake but a complementary color becomes an onpourpose accent.

Very few laminate colors ever get discontinued, but the older ones can become harder to find. Check the color chains at Lowe's and Home Depot, if no luck, check Formica's website, and order color chips. Wilsonart, Pionite, and Nevamar are also worth checking, but less likely to match--Formica was the 800-lb gorilla back when your RV was made.
