Window torque operator replacement.

Hello all!

I have a 1993 Winnebago Chieftain 34RQ.

One or two of the window torque operators is stripped internally. They appear to be riveted from the outside of the frame. Has anyone had experience replacing these without removing the frame?

I'm thinking of drilling the rivets and reattaching from this side using tri bulb rivets. Any thoughts?

I’ll be watching this closely. We have a 93 Winnebago Vectra with the same issues. I haven’t dug into repairing it yet but it’s on the list.
