I did this to my couch, Just kinda envisioned "what if" and gave it a shot.
Turned out real dang cool and will probably last longer than my bullsnot Ashley brand $1800 home set I bought last March sitting here with a nasty seam tear they won't fix despite extra warranty coverage etc.
