Trying to help a neighbour ; who doesn't have a smart phone ; navigate the ArriveCan site .
Pass codes generated by the site are being rejected ; multiple tries .

JMHO: e mail the PM's office , and tell him the site is overloaded and not working properly , fix it or scrap the requirement for land travel , now that testing clinics near the border are price gouging for rapid tests .

Best price I've been able to find is $130 USD.

I can have the test done , free here in AZ , but can't get to the border in 24 hrs.

yes ran into the same problem. Had two friends from Canada stop in,one got the test for 0 $ and other cost 130$ one day apart. I guess JT and his band of merry men are trying to stop us snowbirds ( penalize) us for going south when they said not to.

Arrive Can App is a joke. No need for it and it is scaring tourists away from Canada. JT just cannot let go of his emergency powers.

This old nurse is thoroughly disturbed by the actions and rules of our current PM and I hope great success to any who can scrap the arrive can app / my hope is for the justice center for constitutional freedom.

Different rules depending on status. Fully vaccinated, no pre-entry test required as of April 1st. So if that’s the case, no cost!

For not fully or unvaccinated there is a need for a molecular test but it doesn’t need to be a pcr test.

Also, antigen test is 24 hours. Molecular test is 72. Walgreens was offering NAT tests (molecular) for free a couple months ago across the country. Hoping that’s still the case.

Got to the Sumas Border to come back into Canada last Wednesday. Daughter did the Arrive Can online for us and saved it and then took screen shots and sent via text to my phone (I'm not very techy). When we got to the border crossing minutes later, he said it wasn't completed properly there was an extra section of questions we needed to answer. She tried every which way to double triple check and get back in to the area he was talking about.

Finally he said, "I'll give you a one time exception, but in future you'll have to quarantine 14 days if it's not fully completed". We've looked high and low going back into it and there's no means we can find to access further questions after it said both were saved for hubby and I.

Totally a pain, and we provided proof of vaccination and passports upon entry and he could see it was completed on screen, he just said not fully completed.

Totally baffled, and hearing many with similar issues.
