I had one of those visit me last spring. My girls took great exception to 'it', must have been a she.

I immediately thought the way any Mom thinks, coyotes (of course I found a head photo online to back me up). Eventually, I did get persuaded: fox. & I learned from provincial Wildlife staff that rabbits have been on a high swing in numbers.

In counter of the coyote theory guess what's on a coyote's menu. Did you think fox? So, all of those would have to be consumed before a pack would look at my girls.

In the early spring we were over run with rabbits and skunks. I haven't seen a rabbit for a while now, nor seen the digging evidence of any skunks. My new neighbours are turning out to be quit good neighbours.

Great pictures Tom. Only in Canada would a moose have a private pool.

The fox pic was taken from a bathroom window LK. Just seconds before this pic, her twin sister was scared off. If I'm not mistaken, there are three fox in the forest next to my house...maybe more?

Have you been studying what's on a fox menu? Squirrels maybe? BTW what's the attitude of human neighbors to the presence of foxes?

Hey Brenda and Tony, actually there is a few dozen goldfish. I think she was actually trying to wash down some spicy chicken scraps. I know it makes me want to drink..too!
At last count the fish were all there, oh! and one frog.....come to think of it, maybe he was the intended target?

7'1 basketball star Wilt Chamberlain's parents were 5'8.

Albert Einstein was offered the presidency of Israel in 1952.

Alexander Graham Bell, never telephoned his wife or mother. They both were deaf.

Very interesting, I'm used to thinking of Maine as being a large state.

There are only four words in the English language which end in '-dous': tremendous, horrendous, stupendous, and hazardous.

If you attempted to count to stars in a galaxy at a rate of one every second it would take around 3,000 years to count them all
