Used RV parts in Canada?

I am looking for a captains chair to replace the slide damaged one in my 2004 Coachmen. Also replacement fridge doors. Has anyone bought these parts north of the border? I don't mind buying in the US if I must but I will start closer to home if I can.

What part of Canada?

Never mind - I see Alberta. Don't have any ideas for the west. Good luck!

East or west is fine with me. Still better to ship here from Ontario than from east coast USA.

Yes, I thought you were looking for a tow truck. Try asking for a salvage yard instead of a wrecker.

There is this one
Murphy's RV Parts & Service

RV repair shop in Josephburg, Alberta
Address: 21338 Township Rd 550, Fort Saskatchewan, AB T8L 4B8
Phone: (780) 992-1830

I tried to contact them once but never heard back so I bought what I needed at the time south of the border.

How does one edit the thread? Or should I just report with a new title?

I am really close to them. Will try to get out there this week and see what they have.

What about keeping an eye on the regional auto auctions in Alberta? The one for eastern Ontario is near my home, and they have a number of fifth wheels, tt's and motorhomes that go through it, along with the usual trade-in cars and light/hd trucks. You may need to get a dealer license (or know someone) to go anytime, but they have regular Public days through the year. Not many people want to have a parts wreck in their yard, so that's a downside.

Where in eastern Ontario is this place. I'm also in eastern Ontario and would like to know where to go if I do need used parts.

Getting hold of someone at Murphys is hit and miss. Show up and the woman there knows where everything is among the piles of stuff there. If they don't have it, you won't find it. Its one of those crazy places like in the old days. AND they moved all that stuff from Leduc a few years back!!
