Southwest Region Real Estate Wants

Seeing as how this section is specifically for those in the "Southwest Region" I'd though it might be an interesting ask: I'm camping in the Flagstaff, AZ area and looking for a "summer place" to live at in this area. Yes, I am talking with several real estate agents in these areas. But I'd like info from someone not into finding me a place with an eye on their commission (NO disrespect intended).

The PERFECT situation would be a single-wide mobile with a large overhang to park my coach under and connecting to for more comfort, for longer stays. NOT wanting to be in a typical mobile park situation or campground where units are within arm's reach of each other, I'd want at least 1/2 acer lots. It would be nice if this was a neighborhood of like minded travelers. Engulfed in the pines is a definite highly desirable want.

Due to my kids being in the Tucson area (and me NOT wanting to create another "Everyone Loves Ramon" sitcom), I'm looking at the Flagstaff, AZ and surrounding areas. I've already crossed off Payson, Prescott, Williams and areas north of Flagstaff. It appears that the area around Parks, AZ is appealing.

It would be greatly appreciated to receive info from anyone with PERSONAL KNOWLEDGE of these areas.

Thanks.

Way too hot out there.

Only interesting in the northern AZ areas.

Thanks.
