We will be travelling Western Washington and possibly Oregon in Mid-August. Are there any Do Not Miss things happening we should be aware of? I realize it is all subjective, but wondering what everyone else is doing this summer.

I'm sorry I missed this topic, I would have been in time. The Abbotsford airshow is mid August as is the NW Washington Fair in Lynden, WA. Been and flown in to both many times.
Sorry, maybe next year.

on edit, there are County fairs all over, not sure of dates, Monroe, Puyallup. Sandcastle building contest(s) kite flying festivals.
