Anyone had work done at Evergreen RV Supply and Service in Shoreline, WA? My Magnum inverter needs replacement and they are an authorized dealer and service provider. My concern comes from so many negative comments on Yelp about people's experiences there. I don't care if the lady up front is a grump. I just want quality workmanship on my rig.

I've only visited their store once about 10 years ago. They have been around for a while, but I have no input on their service. I'm surprised you cannot find a qualified RV dealer between Burlington and Lynnwood where RV access is easier.

When we had our RV, we fund the best service center by far was in Sedro-Woolley. It looks flaky from outside because they put their money into very good people. not fancy buildings. It's called "JR's" and is just east of the McDonald's on Highway 20 going into S-W from the west.

Knowledge isn't current as we sold our RV a few years ago.

The only reason I'd deal with them is they are the only Magnum authorized dealer and service center in our area.
Normally I do business with Roy Robinson. I'm going to call them this afternoon. Evergreen is a month out on service. It doesn't look like a technically difficult job except for an old guy with a bad back removing and replacing the unit which mounts to top of the compartment.
