Florence, Old Town
Heading to Florence with our kayaks. We are not keen on ocean kayaking but would love to explore the canals and estuaries. Any place to launch near Old Town?

Anything favorite seafood restaurants we shouldn't miss?

Forgot to mention, are there any favorite state RV parks to camp in along the coast in Florence?

South of town there a few FS campgrounds.

Harbor Vista Camp Ground in Florence. This is a Lane county park very nice and close to old town.

We went to Moe's and found it below average. We did also go to a restaurant at 1260 Bay St in the old town.....had great food and atmosphere.

We stay here when in Florence:

Lakeshore RV Park Florence Oregon Coast RV Park RV Camping on the Oregon Coast

It is not a fancy park, but they have pull-throughs and all one needs.
