G Teton to Glacier NP Direction Help

Will be leaving Colter Bay G.Teton in mid-Sept going to Glacier NP. Look's like I've got 2-choices. 1)S to Jackson,W to Idaho Fallas and N on I15. or 2)thru Yell NP to W Yellow, N on 191 to !90. 1) looks like 90 miles longer. 2)would be conjested in park, is 191 ok? Which way would you take or suggest something completely diff. Thanks. Happy travels.
