Gated Camping Clubs/Washington State?

I have been researching Gated Camping Clubs in the Northwest and so far I am still not sure.
I have only found two so far around Everret, but am told there are more.
I am not talking about the Good Sams or ROD type parks.
What I have found so far are owned by the indians which is not a problem, what I was looking for are the ones that you park in your leased spot, and I need feedback before I invest $5,000 to lease and then find another that is better.
If you need to know the thing I am after go to (portsusancampingclub.com)
Hurry because I am going to look at this Friday 4/11

That is about all you are going to find in the Northwest. Port Susan and Lake Conner at lakeconnerpark.com. Extreme amount of listings for both. I thought about it a couple of years ago, but changed my mind because what I saw of the parks looked trashy (my opinion only). It would also limit where you can go, in my opinion, because you would want to get your moneys worth.

I'm curious about what you thought of Port Susan. We store our RV and pay for that. I thought one of these would be shaper in the long run than paying the monthly storage and we would have a weekend get away since we still work full time.

In case somebody is still looking:

Beachwood Resort

Not very scenic but has some nice amenities. It is gated and is a short walk to the beach or the state park. It is about 90% park models with several year around residents and good security.
