OR/WA RV site co-ops?

Hello from Hood River OR! I’m researching RV resorts in OR/WA that offer sites for ownership, and can have a garage/casita/storage shed. What are the best online resources to look at? I’ve found a few the hard way: google + look at website.

Beyond online digging, who’s got wisdom and/or recommendations for such parks? 2 main criteria: not a 55+, allows shed/garage on the site. We plan to spend no longer than a few months in a single place, but need a “home base” up here in the PNW. Plan to have a similar site down in AZ, CA or NV.
