US-2 has mix of two and four lane sections with most of the speed limit at 60 mph and few slower zones. I tell people to drive based on their tachometer rather speedometer when climbing and to match your speed going down that you used going up. Avoid riding your brakes and let engine compression keep your speed in check. If the engine cannot do this, you are either in too high a gear or towing too fast.
We will be doing that stretch again on the afternoon of 6/26...
