RV Dealerships in WA - Who do you like and why?

Just as the title says. Like so many other things in life, first hand knowledge is important and while a good referral might not change the world, it might save you some time.

I'm going to start contacting some local dealerships first but I'm willing to travel if I think it will be worth my time (I'm in western WA)

Being that this is our first RV, we're looking to purchase used. Ideally we find a good shop that is honest and has a good service department, but I won't hold my breath.

We bought our Georgetown used from Roy Robinson in Marysville. Went back and bought a used Honda CRV as a toad. Had them install the tow equipment in their shop. We also had them do other maintenance on the MH. We felt they always treated us fairly and delivered on their commitments.

There's a reason they've been in the same location since 196x. You should at least look at their inventory online like we did, and then talk to them if you see something you like.

Thanks for the recommendation. I'm going to take a look at their inventory online right now.

Likely a used Class C. This is our first RV.

We went and looked at a class A that I was very interested in a couple weeks ago, great shape, diligent owner with records and well cared for, drove great, but my wife doesn't feel comfortable with the larger sized A's (and the raised driving position in general), so back to Class C's.

That "raised driving position" is a safety factor as in you see much farther out in front of yoy, over lesser vehicles etc.. seeing whats coming up sooner is a good thing. and just seeing the surrounding views of this great country as you head down the road is another big plus. and you get used to it.

I agree. I actually prefer to be up higher and I like the visibility it provides. I would be reluctant to make a large purchase like this though under the assumption that she would come around to it as that may or may not happen.

Kirkland rv sales in Everett. We bought our first class A and the customer service was great. They fixed and addressed things, such as wife did not like the existing reclining chairs, they replaced them with any fuss. We found that many places just wont do any of the fixes or repairs since they consider it used.

You can view what they have, several class c to look at.

Little late I know with my reply, bought my new Lance camper in Yakima at Hills Brothers. Very happy with the price and the set up, (never needed any warranty work)

Bought our used Winnebago Adventurer from Poulsbo in Kent, very happy with everything done there. The electric step went out before we took it off the lot! (Great timing on its part I thought)! They had a tech on it within minutes (on a Saturday) & ended up installing a new motor & board at no cost to me!

I've also had a Furion back up camera & a Zamp Solar system installed here locally at Al's RV in Bellingham on my Lance Camper, very satisfied with there work.
