Angry Seven Feathers Casino Fueling

Our recent experience of refueling at Seven Feathers Resort in Canyonville Oregon was that they required a Dollar amount to place on the Card prior to fueling (pretty much standard practice). Then after fueling the correct amount used shoud actually be sent in. In our case, the over charge was not refunded, resulting in a $180 over charge on our account. Even with a correct receipt in hand we have to dispute the CC charge. My advice is to find a different fueling station. This practice may be why their fuel is lower priced.

I've fueled up there; using C/C for payment; on many occasions, without issue.

I'm thinking inexperienced clerk on the till.

Did both the prepay and the actual amounts show up on your C/C statement.

I just checked our fuel up and they did the charge back the same day. With the amount of RVs serviced I would say it was a screwup aberration.

I had received 2 receipts, First the $300 CC authorization receipt and their 2 part receipt showing the actual fuel charged. I believe they just lost the credit portion to Visa. As some one indicated, MAYBE a simple mistake.

Stayed there but never fueled up. Bought stuff (jewelry and a pot) at the station with no problems. Did have a slight problem with reservations but it was taken care of in a few minutes.

We have fuelled there multiple times over the past 10 or more Years! Have never had a problem !

You must have hit an in experienced clerk!

We do have a Players Club Car which cost Zero Dollars ,but does make fuelling easier !

We've not had any problem fueling up there, and it's often cheaper than in Portland. The Players Card gives a discount not only on fuel but at the RV park, too.

Fueled there last summer, no issues. They did refund the correct amount when finished and gave a receipt showing it.
