That's what I was thinking but I'm a little concerned about the possibility of rain. I guess we can all huddle under my awning or crowd into my coach if the group is small.

Lloyd:
We have a couple of the 10' X 10' easy up "tents" that we have from being vendors, I could throw them in the back of the van although I was really thinking of not bringing a towed.

Check is in the mail too.

Let's see what kind of response we get first then we'll worry about cover.
Thanks for posting the link as suggested by Larry. Hope we get more interest.

Wow Lloyd, thanks for setting this up I have to turn in my vacation schedule to work today so this is right on time. I'll block that time off for sure and get a check right out to ya. Karla and I look forward to seeing everyone again. Oh ya, I also have a 10'x10' standup that I carry around and can be used.

Welcome aboard. So glad Lorraine and I will be able to see you again.
Thanks for offering the 10 x 10 standup. I'm sure we'll put it to good use!
We now have 4 committed.

Hey there guys,
Sorry I won't be able to join you guys. I had a blast at the Meet last year. But I've retired, sold my sticks and bricks in Oregon and am headed east.

To any that have not joined this group, do so, they are a blast.

This is Oregon-You know Rain-Wind- April. The way the weather has been lately Snow would not suprise me (LOL)
I have a bunch of games we can play and most would be effected by the weather.
I vote for the club house.

Hi Lloyd/Everyone: We'd LOVE to join the NW group again this Spring at 7 Feathers RV Resort. It's a beautiful resort and we've stayed there many times. We only live about 40 miles south of it. If you need a list of things to do in the area, aside from the casino, we'll be glad to get one going and provide. We will put a check in the mail tomorrow for the first night and a bit extra for the clubhouse rental (a good idea for Fri or Sat - and yes, it could rain in late April in Oregon). Good place to play games/cards, or watch one of their (or our) movies together. BTW, Lloyd - We tried to reply to your email (twice) today, but both times our reponse to you came back as "undeliverable", so that's why we're RSVP-ing here.Thank you for coordinating this guys - we really enjoyed the get together in Centralia WA last year and looking forward to this one! Pls keep us posted on how many have confirmed.Best Regards,Jim and Susan EllsworthMerlin, OR 2000 Pace Arrow Vision and our two Westie girls, Chelsea and Chloe

Jim/Susan

Glad hear that you will be able to join us.
I'm sorry for your email getting kicked back but I've been having problems with my Time Warner Oceanic connection. I spent hours on the phone yesterday with tech support people in Manila, of all places, with less than satisfactory results. Please use this address from now on: lloyduto@gmail.com.
Looking forward to seeing you again. Was it you that had the awning problem in Centralia?

Aloha,
Lloyd

Hi Lloyd: No, we weren't the ones with the awning problem in Centralia. Thanks for the updated email address. Found out this morning that Jim has to have some fairly minor surgery soon, so hoping it doesn't interfere with the dates for the NW M&G. Will let you know if it does, as soon as we find out.
Tks,
Jim and Susan

Date: In April 25 (Thursday), Out 28 (Sunday), 2013
Where: 7 Feathers RV Resort, Canyonville, OR
Deposit: $32 for first night assuming we get the minimum 10 coaches
Donations are welcome to help pay for meeting rooms.
Send checks ASAP to:

(please include email address)

I apologize for the late notice but I just took this job on today. Have mercy, please!!!! Lol

7 Feathers RV Resort is arguably one of the best CG's in the nation. Amenities include a beautiful indoor swimming pool, great meeting rooms, casino, shuttles, dining, fuel station, etc. You'd be hard pressed to find a better venue at the $32 group rate. There will be much to do so the schedule will be relatively unstructured allowing a lot of time for renewing friendships, catching up with news and gaming, if you are so inclined.

Hope to see many of you there, including our Canadian contingent!

Attaching a copy of the 7 Feathers Reservation Policies so we are all on the same page. Notice that they are pretty strict with deposits and deadlines so we need your definite commitments to make this happen. Monitor iRV2 for updates.
.
Aloha,
Lloyd & Lorraine

Group Reservations -- General Information

A group is defined as a party of ten or more RVs, no exceptions. The nightly rate for 2013 is $32.00 per night per space any day of the week. Our 104 pull-through sites are 60 feet long; 83 back-in sites are 45 feet in length; and 4 junior back-in sites can accommodate up to 27 feet bumper-to-bumper. All sites have FULL hook-ups and services including cable TV and WiFi.

The Wagon Master or Group Coordinator will be the contact person to make ALL reservations. A list of attendees and a single check, or credit card payment for the first night’s stay (plus any facility charges) should be received by Seven Feathers RV Resort as soon as possible to confirm your reservation. This payment and rooming list are absolutely due a minimum of thirty days prior to arrival.

NOTE: If anyone wishes to come early or stay after the group reservation dates, they must include this information on their reservation form to avoid having to move during their stay.
Nights outside of the group’s dates are at the regular rates. Please see our rate sheet.

The first night’s stay is a guaranteed payment whether the site is occupied or not in the case of a no-show or late cancellation. The subsequent nights reservations will be released back to the RV Resort to be rented to others unless the Wagon Master makes other arrangements.

We will assign sites for the group based on information provided on the individual reservation forms or the Wagon Master can pre-assign sites in cooperation with our resort staff. THE FINAL NUMBER OF RESERVED SITES WILL BE LOCKED IN ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE GROUP ARRIVAL DATE. NO CHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED OR CANCELLATIONS REFUNDED AFTER THIS DATE. Since our daily check-out time is 11am, please plan your arrivals for early afternoon or later.

The Club House with kitchen and big screen TV (seating for 68 max.) can be rented for $45 per day/$55 Friday or Saturday. The BBQ Pavilion (seating 88--or more) can be reserved for $55 per day/ $65 Friday or Saturday, propane included. In addition there is a refundable $50.00 cleaning deposit which covers one or both facilities. Groups with 20 RVs or more may use these facilities free of charge. (Cleaning deposit still applies.)

If you have any questions about Group Reservations
please call Michael Lajko at 877-839-3599.

After a note to Lloyd, the Chief and I are planning to attend the spring M/G. Will know for sure by the beginning of next week and will confirm. We attended the first M/G in Anacortes, and met some great people. We also have stayed at 7Feathers, and found it to be a great RV resort.
