Tulalip, WA @Port Susan Camping Club.
PS is a wonderful place to live, with tons and tons of amenities. You won’t find cheaper prices anywhere.

People ask us why we ever leave to go camping.
DW says to look at other peoples trees.

We live in a wonderful RV community in Tulalip, WA. Can’t beat the price and amenities. You won’t believe what we have here for so little money. For example: grocery store, Post Office, Cafe, Chapel, fishing/swimming lake, fitness center, family center, 50’s club, adult club to name some of the amenities. A lot is only $1000.00 per year. You can only stay 6 months per year per lot, but we have 3 lots so stay here year round and love the serenity and all the events that the clubs put on. We lease the lots from the Tulalip Tribes and our lease will be up in about 25 yrs. you can check it out at Port Susan Camping Club online if interested....

Craftysue2,
We live near you, outside of Marysville. I have heard mixed reviews on Port Susan, some really good... some bad.
I guess it depends on your lot and what kind of neighbors you are next to.
It is an interesting place though and there always seems to be several sites for lease... it’s good that you seem very happy there.
Why do you have three lots instead of just two? 6 months in each one... Do they allow someone else to stay in your lots when you are not using them or do they just sit empty? Thanks, Brian.

Sold the house on Lake Roosevelt in Sep 19. we had bought a townhouse in the Tri-Cities in 2015. So I guess Pasco in the summer. Still have an RV site on the Lake.

You can only stay a total of 180 days per lot. We have 3 lots so we have a place to go for the remaining 5 days of the year if we choose not to leave the park

We have 3 lots for the remaining 5 days of the year in case we don’t want to leave the park for some reason. No one is allowed to stay on anyone else’s lot

Mossyrock. A blink on Hiway 12 from I-5 to Yakima! We have three acres and 120 feet of waterfront on Lake Mayfield at one end of the lake. Great place to spend the summers in our RV.

Sold our house in Spokane last August and have been staying off and on in a rental house and our RV on a friends 21 acres in the Valley.

We just bought a site down in Melbourne Beach Florida and that will be our snowbird place starting in December when I retire.

Really looking forward to that!
