Did it quiet down after Bill Gates took up a residence there?

I left before he moved in over by Alderbrook, so probably. There was a lot of hell raising that went on back in the day.

Beautiful rain shadow Sequim, Washington. Moved up here to get away from the Oregon rain.

Woodinville

I sold my Woodinville home of 33 years and hit the road. Real estate prices made me a millionaire and I took the money and ran.

Next spring I want to buy a place in Wisconsin. I can buy the same house there for 25 cents on the dollar.

Originally from Puerto Rico, have been living in Tacoma since 1991. Retired from the city two years ago and will retire from the military in 2 days. Then, fulltime baby, yeah.

No ferry to our island, our trips start with taking our boat to Anacortes. We keep the trailer in a yard on the mainland. No, it's not extremely convenient, but wouldn't have it any other way.
