Well, since no one is posting, how about today's weather? What a fantastic day! Don't know about you but I spent most of the day in Stillwater visiting Eskimo Joe's for lunch/buying the wife a shirt (gotta have that if you go there) and looking at all the fantastic Vettes and Vipers there. It was the annual "Frosty tour". Let's hope that spring is just around the corner, today will get you in the mood, for sure.

Hey Tom, Glad you had a good time yesterday, did you get some good pix? We go to EJ as much as possible, even have a visa card with teeth!
This weather today feels like South Padre, with the wind and damp air and all the birds hollering. I went out to take the jeep for a spin and got the crutches in and all, turned the key and nothing, I guess the computer eats all the battery if you don`t play with the machinery. Well that gives me something to play with today eh?
Did you ever hear from the bugeater about if the campground was open that early? I bet they were talking about Keystone cg by the dam. Sure hope it is somewhat warm by then, wonder if they let lectric wheels in that bike thingie.

Warren: you know

Hey guys

Going out to Salt Creek to practice next week, so I hope to have an answer. I'll post as soon as I find out.

The website says April 1st, so I'm not to optimistic.

Spring will be here soon.
Tom, we are going up to Stillwater for our grand daughter-in-laws graduation in May. Do you know of any camp grounds close to there we can stay in. We want to go to Eskamo Joe's to eat too, how hard will it be for these old folks to get in there.

Heinz, I can't help with the campgrounds but as far as getting in, no problem. If need be you can pull up and let people out and parking is just across the street and up a bit. At worst you might have to walk half a block (or less). I'm sure there is campgrounds around but have never looked. Enjoy! By the way, the grilled chicken salad looked really good, course the cheese fries were't too bad either.

Warren, you need to exercise that puppy a little more and that wouldn't happen. Hummm, just remembered, my battery charger is on the Vette, for about three days now, guess I ought to go unhook it. It has the same problem as your jeep, not enough use!

Heinz

You might try Lake McMurtry west of town. We stayed there a couple of years ago. Nothing fancy but clean, quiet and within ten min. of town.
